I created Zanna around a purple stone that I found at an antique show is Sommieres France. I can only guess what kind of gem it is. The band is made from all sterling silver. I used a small rounded hammer to pound the texture in and then I applied my magical patina to darken the silver. The edge bands were then files and polished to add some sparkle. I really like the look of the wide band and the heft of Zanna.
