VISA BUSINESSES
One way of getting an US VISA is to purchase an existing business. The most common type is the E-2 Visa.

In general, to qualify for a visa through the E-2 program the business you purchase must be profitable enough to support you and any family members who are moving to the US with you. It must also have good clean books and records as well as detailed tax returns going back at least three years. It mus also employ a certain number of American Citizens.
It is difficult to be 100% sure if a certain business will qualify for the visa (most do not) but a good place to start is with an evaluation of the books and records. Below are a few select businesses that MAY qualify for an E-2 based on a quick review. Please understand that I am not saying these are approved by the Visa authority only that they have good records and show sufficient cashflow to meet the requirements.
